10Academy is a non-profit specialising in upskilling African students through accelerated learning and securing global-level careers in tech. Through their education programs, they contribute to a thriving world where motivated African students have the skills, knowledge and support to participate in the global workforce and contribute to the social, economic and environmental growth of Africa.

The Challenge

10 Academy faced the challenge of effectively communicating its mission, values, and impact to its target audience. While the organization was doing valuable work, its brand lacked a cohesive strategy, a distinctive tone of voice, and a clear messaging framework. The challenge was to create a brand identity that resonated with their multiple audiences, conveyed the organisation's commitment to empowerment, and attracted support and participation.
